We deliver to UK, Scotland, Wales and Belfast. Our third party couriers work closely alongside us and we can deliver in 24 hours if your order is placed on a weekday before 10AM
Our quality management ensure excellent customer service
Special delivery instructions must be provided before delivery as this may incur additional charges from our couriers. E.g restricted access. Also tail-lifts delivery vehicle or pallet truck.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide the correct delivery information. Due to the nature of the the products being delivered, we require a signature on receipt of the goods. We regret that we are unable to leave goods unattended without a signature. This will be used as proof of delivery. Failure to comply with this may result in an additional delivery charge if redelivery has to be arranged. We reserve the right to cancel an order if it cannot be delivered.
None of the products sold by MAAN Global Supplies are intended for animal or human consumption.
Please confirm your required products, if used in the food or pharmaceutical industry are ordered correctly on the initial purchase as we do not offer refunds on bespoke made products. We have products for both of the above industries.
It is the customers responsibility to request MSDS on any products purchased.
All information contained within our literature online and offline (this includes, but is not limited to prices, product specifications and delivery estimations) are subject to alteration without notice. At our discretion any substantial changes, such as price increase or change in product specifications, will be notified before despatch.
Any advice or recommendations given by the seller, its employees or agents relating to the use of goods is supplied in good faith, but is for the buyer to conclude as to the suitability of the goods for their particular purpose. The goods are sold under the condition that liability for any personal injury or damage whatsoever to any property, real or personal, arising from the handling or use will in all cases remain with the handler/ user. Purchases are made on condition that all substances will be handled in a safe manner by the competent person.
MAAN Global Supplies holds no responsibility for the applications of our products once they have left our premises. We use a third party courier to distribute our products. We do our best to ensure a prompt and professional delivery service, but we are not responsible for the goods once they have been despatched.
All purchases made by customers who do not have a well established trading history with MAAN Global supplies Ltd must pay for the goods and services prior to despatch. Unless this is authorised by a member of Management on our 28 day payment option/ invoiced with our payment terms.
We also reserve the right to ask for payment in advance from customers with an account.
To request an account to be open we would require the names and addresses of two trade references and a bankers reference and are granted at our discretion.
The buyer shall acknowledge the receipt of goods by either their signature or another staff member at the same site. They may state on the delivery note if there is any obvious visual signs of the goods not being delivered in a satisfactory state. E.g incomplete number of items, damage or loss. This must also be supported with a letter from the buyer, direct to the seller within 5 days as no claims will be entertained unless this condition has been met.
On discovering any defect in the goods, the buyer should give immediate notice to the seller to enable the complaint to be investigated and no liability shall attach to the seller unless this procedure has been carried out.
Images shown on our website may differ from the actual product/ packaging shown in images and we reserve the right to substitute a product or it’s packaging for a suitable alternative.
Return of Damaged or unsuitable goods:
Any goods to be returned to MAAN Global Supplies Ltd must first be authorised in advance by our customer services team who will provide you with an official returns code.
Any goods returned without the above will not be accepted by our goods in dept and will be sent back with the courier.
A list of unacceptable returns are as follows:
Chemical containers which have been opened since leaving our warehouse
Light’s or fittings that have been opened since leaving our warehouse
Broken lights that were delivered and signed for as in good condition
Item’s that we no longer sell
Products that have been specifically sourced for a customers order (i.e from a third party supplier)
Items that have an expiry date (no longer in date), which is clearly unsuitable for resale
MAAN Global Supplies branded products which have been supplied to a third party supplier
To return any products in the case we sent the incorrect item or damaged in transit, you must inform an agent within 10 days of the delivery date. These items will be exchanged with suitable replacements where possible.
Any products that do not meet the specification would have to to be reported within 28days of receiving the delivery.
Returns that do not fall under the above categories, but are in a fit condition for resale, would be subject to a handling charge of 10% of the order value (subject to a minimum charge of £40).
Any returns to MAAN Global Supplies must be sent by a registered delivery service, or by MAAN Global Supplies own delivery service.
ADR regulations must be observed when shipping any hazardous chemicals.
Please note that MAAN Global supplies Ltd reserves the right to repair a returned product to fulfil supply requirements. This does not effect any guarantees provide by MAAN Global Supplies Ltd
